Attendance and Analytics
Free includes the basic attendance experience and basic CSV export. Pro and Business add advanced analytics, detailed CSV exports, and PDF reports. Advanced analytics is a plan feature, not a separate analytics add-on.
To open a saved report, you need current organization access and must be the meeting host or an organization Owner/general Admin. Open the meeting's details to find its available reports.
Templates
Meeting templates are available on all plans. Each organization can save up to 40 templates; remove an unused template before saving another after reaching the limit.
Recording and Storage
Cloud recording and included storage are paid-plan capabilities. Storage is managed at the organization level. Use the billing interface to see the included amount and any available storage add-on for the selected configuration.
Webinars and SIP Calling
Webinar hosting requires an eligible paid subscription (Pro or Business) and an active webinar capacity add-on. Organizations on Free must upgrade before adding webinar capacity. SIP Calling is conditional and appears only when it is supported by the selected plan and billing workflow.
