Billing & Plans
Understand organization billing, concurrent licenses, plan features, and optional add-ons.
Billing belongs to an organization. Its plan, concurrent licenses, storage, add-ons, invoices, and payment settings are separate from those of any other organization you belong to.
Plans and Prices
Qriib offers Free, Pro, and Business plans. The billing experience loads current prices, currencies, billing intervals, quantities, and eligible add-ons dynamically.
The Free plan includes 1 license and meetings lasting up to 1 hour and 20 minutes (80 minutes).
Pro and Business meetings have a maximum duration of 1,800 minutes (30 hours). A meeting's settings can impose a lower limit.
Use the current plan configuration and order summary as the source of truth for price and billing timing. Documentation does not hardcode values that can vary by organization, currency, or current catalog.
Concurrent Licenses
- One license allows one meeting to run at a time.
- Licenses are shared across the organization rather than assigned to named users.
- A license returns to the pool when its active meeting ends.
- Scheduled meetings do not reserve licenses.
Feature Highlights
- Free includes basic attendance reporting and basic CSV export.
- Pro and Business include advanced meeting analytics, detailed CSV exports, and PDF reports.
- Meeting templates are available on all plans, with up to 40 templates per organization.
- Cloud recording and included storage depend on the paid plan shown in billing.
- Webinar hosting requires Pro or Business and an active webinar capacity add-on. Free organizations must upgrade before adding webinar capacity.
- SIP Calling is shown only when it is available for the selected plan and billing flow.
