Understand trial eligibility, card verification, included capacity, and conversion to paid billing.

Trial Offer

The web trial is Pro Monthly with one concurrent license and no add-ons. Open Admin Panel → Billing & Plans and use the trial action when it is available. The offer displays its duration and dates; use those dates rather than assuming every paid plan has a 14-day trial.

The Plan Builder also offers the trial for an eligible organization when the selection is exactly Pro Monthly, one license, and no add-ons. Extra licenses, Business, annual billing, and add-ons are not part of that trial offer.

Eligibility

The organization must be on Free. Eligibility checks whether its owner has already used a trial across their organizations, and whether the organization has already consumed a trial. Cancelling a trial does not reset eligibility. Creating another organization does not grant the same owner another trial.

Starting the Trial

Review the Pro Monthly offer, duration, first subscription charge, and cancellation deadline.
Continue to card setup and review the verification amount and currency.
Complete the payment provider's verification.
Return to Billing & Plans and check that the subscription is marked as a trial with an end date. Opening the offer alone does not activate it.

Card verification can charge a temporary amount. This is separate from the subscription fee. Review the amount shown before continuing; do not assume nothing will appear on your card. The setup flow describes this amount as refundable or voidable, but bank posting and reversal timing are not guaranteed here. Contact support if it remains unresolved.

When offered, choosing a mobile wallet or Fawry instead of a card leaves the trial flow after confirmation and starts a full-price paid purchase. These methods are not a way to activate the free trial.

Expiry and Changes

At expiry, a web trial converts to paid billing and the first invoice is created. Payment must succeed; uninterrupted paid access is not guaranteed if payment fails. Do not rely on receiving a reminder to act before the displayed deadline.

Use Upgrade now to enter the paid configurator if you need more capacity or add-ons. Review the amount due before confirming; do not assume the remaining free period continues after a paid conversion.

Cancelling

To cancel a trial, contact support before the displayed expiry date and request confirmation that conversion to a paid subscription has been stopped. Keep the confirmation with your billing records.

Download recordings you need before returning to Free, which has no included cloud storage.

Subscriptions purchased through an app store are managed through that store, not this web trial flow.
