Everything you need to know about the 14-day free trial.

Payment method required. You must add a payment method to start the trial, but you won't be charged until the trial ends.
Starting a Trial
Select Pro Plan
In the Plan Builder, select the Pro plan. You'll see Start 14-Day Free Trial above the purchase button.
Configure Your Plan
Choose your number of licenses and billing cycle. Note: Add-ons are not available during the free trial.
Add Payment Method
Enter your card details. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
Confirm and Start
Review the trial terms and click Start Free Trial. Your 14-day trial begins immediately.
What's Included
During your trial, you have full access to Pro plan features:

Trial Timeline
| Day | What Happens |

| Day 1 | Full Pro features activated, 14-day countdown begins |
| Day 10 | Email reminder: 4 days remaining |
| Day 13 | Final reminder: Trial ends tomorrow |
| Day 14 | Trial converts to paid subscription (if not cancelled) |
When Trial Ends
Automatic conversion. Your trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.
If you keep the subscription:
- Payment method is charged
- All features continue uninterrupted
- Recordings and data are preserved
If you cancel before trial ends:
- Account reverts to Free plan at trial end date
- No charges applied
- Cloud recordings deleted after grace period (Free has 0 GB storage)
Download your recordings before trial ends. Any recordings made during your trial will be deleted when you revert to Free.
Cancelling Your Trial
You can cancel anytime during the 14 days:
- Go to Admin Panel → Billing & Plans
- Click Cancel Trial or Downgrade to Free
- Review what you'll lose and confirm
Cancellation is scheduled, not immediate — you keep Pro access until your trial end date.
