Storage is pooled. If you have 5 Pro licenses, you get 50 GB total (5 × 10 GB). With 5 Business licenses, you get 60 GB total (5 × 12 GB). Storage is shared across your entire organization.
Live transcription is a planned feature for Pro and Business plans. When released, usage will be tracked and you'll purchase quota as needed. Stay tuned for updates.

Large Meetings
Increase your participant capacity beyond your plan's base limit.

Flexible allocation: You can purchase Large Meetings for specific licenses only. If you have 50 licenses but only 5 hosts run large events, you only need 5 Large Meetings add-ons.
Mix capacities: You can combine different tiers. For example, buy 2× (+500) and 1× (+200) add-ons to run two large meetings and one medium meeting simultaneously.

Monthly billing only. Cloud Storage add-ons are always billed monthly, regardless of your plan's billing cycle. This is because storage costs fluctuate with provider pricing.

Coming Soon. Whitelabel branding (custom logo, colors, and domain) is currently in development. It will be available as an add-on for Business plans.

Important: Add-on billing cycles cannot exceed your base plan's billing cycle.

Free Plan
The Free plan is designed for individuals trying out the platform.
Note: The Free plan is not visible in the Plan Builder. It's only accessible when downgrading from a paid plan.
Free plan limits:
- 1 license (1 meeting at a time)
- 2-hour meeting duration
- 100 participants
- No cloud recording or storage
- No live transcription (usage-based feature)
Free Trial Details
- Duration: 14 days
- Available on: Pro plan
- Payment method: Required upfront (not charged until trial ends)
- License limit: Full plan access during trial
- Add-ons: Not available during trial (subscribe directly to access add-ons)
If you don't add a payment method before the trial ends, your account converts to the Free plan.

Estimate Concurrent Meeting Needs
Think about how many meetings typically run at the same time in your organization:
- Solo user or small team: 1-3 licenses
- Growing team: 5-20 licenses
- Large organization: 20+ licenses
Remember: Licenses are about simultaneous meetings, not total users.
Consider Participant Needs
- Internal team meetings (up to 100): Pro is sufficient
- Client presentations or webinars (100-300): Business or Pro + Large Meetings
- Large events (300+): Business + Large Meetings add-on

Frequently Asked Questions
How do licenses work?
Licenses are pooled at the organization level. If you have 10 licenses, any 10 people in your organization can host meetings simultaneously. When a meeting ends, that license returns to the pool.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time:
- Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated charge)
- Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period (no refunds)
What happens if I exceed my storage limit?
You'll be notified as you approach your limit. If you exceed it during a recording, there's a grace period to allow you to finish gracefully. To continue using cloud storage, you'll need to delete or download existing recordings, or add an Extra Storage add-on.
Can I have different add-ons for different licenses?
- Large Meetings: Can be assigned to specific licenses
- Storage: Applies to the entire organization (pooled)
What's the difference between Pro and Business beyond features?
Business allows up to 250 licenses (vs 99 for Pro) and includes 300 participants per meeting (vs 100 for Pro). It's designed for larger organizations that need more scale.
