Qriib offers Free, Pro, and Business plans. Current prices, billing intervals, license bands, included storage, participant limits, and purchasable options are loaded dynamically in the billing experience.
Review the live plan cards and order summary before purchasing. They are the source of truth for your currency, price, tax, billing date, and available configuration.

Licenses
A license is concurrent capacity, not a seat assigned to one employee. If an organization has five licenses, it can run up to five meetings at the same time, regardless of how many members it has.
The web quantity selector starts at one and reads each paid plan's maximum from the catalog. Retained capacity add-ons can raise the minimum needed for a change. There is no universal documented Pro 1-9 / Business 10+ license band; use the actual selector and preview. Meeting settings may set duration or participant limits below the plan maximum.
Recording and Storage
Paid plans can include cloud recording and pooled organization storage. The billing interface displays the included amount for the selected plan and license quantity. If a cloud storage add-on is offered, its tiers and prices also come from the current catalog.
Add-ons
The plan configurator may offer add-ons based on the selected plan and current catalog:
- Large Meetings for additional meeting participant capacity
- Webinars for webinar hosting at an available attendee tier on Pro or Business
- Cloud Storage for additional pooled storage
- SIP Calling when eligible for the selected plan and workflow
An add-on appears only when it is available for the current configuration. Webinar capacity requires Pro or Business, so an organization on Free must upgrade before adding it. Review an add-on's billing interval, quantity, and order-summary effect before confirming.
Choosing a Plan
- Estimate the maximum number of meetings your organization needs to run at the same time.
- Decide whether basic attendance is sufficient or advanced analytics is required.
- Review recording and storage needs.
- Add webinar, meeting-capacity, storage, or SIP options only when the configurator offers them and the organization needs them.
- Confirm the live price and billing terms in the order summary.
Recurring meeting scheduling is not currently available and should not be used as a plan-selection criterion.
