Manage your profile and personal settings.
Your account settings let you personalize your V.connct experience — update your profile picture, change your display information, and manage your security settings.
Accessing Account Settings
Open the dashboard profile/avatar menu, then select Account. Menu placement can differ by layout and language.
What You Can Manage
Profile Information
Personalize how you appear to others:
- Profile picture
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Address/location (optional)
Security
Manage your account security:
- Change password (via secure popup)

Profile and Meeting Identity
The account page manages your dashboard profile. Meeting join flows and in-meeting renaming can use a separate display name. Do not assume that changing the account profile updates every active meeting, chat message, invitation, or recording.
Phone changes require verification, while email is read-only on this page. Account deletion is currently unavailable from this page.
Keep your profile up to date so colleagues can easily identify you in meetings.

You can change your personal account settings. Organization settings are managed by admins in the Admin Panel.
