Managing Your Subscription
Review plan, license, add-on, renewal, and billing-interval changes for your organization.
Manage web subscriptions from Admin Panel → Billing & Plans as the organization's Owner or Billing Admin. Check that you are in the correct organization before changing billing.
Change Timing
| Change | What to expect |

Mixed changes are not necessarily all immediate or all deferred. Use the preview and pending-change summary to distinguish what is charged now from what changes later.
Reviewing and Undoing Changes
Review the current plan, quantities, next billing information, and pending changes after confirming. Use the available undo action for a scheduled plan/add-on change, or Restart renewal for a pending cancellation. Wait for the updated status before assuming the request succeeded.
Charges and Proration
To cancel a trial, contact support before expiry and obtain confirmation that conversion to a paid subscription has been stopped. See Free Trial.
Same-interval mid-cycle increases can be prorated. Interval changes use different rules, so do not use a generic monthly-cost formula for every change. Prices, credits, discounts, and payment status in the actual preview and invoice take precedence over illustrative calculations.
Store-Managed Subscriptions
If the subscription is managed by the App Store or Google Play, use that store to change or cancel it. Web billing blocks changes to store-managed subscriptions; stopping renewal in a store does not immediately release its ownership while paid access remains.
