Accessing Recordings
Find and play your meeting recordings.
Once a meeting recording is processed, you can access it from the Recordings section. This guide covers finding and playing your recordings.
Finding Recordings
Go to Recordings in the sidebar
Browse the list or use filters to find your recording
Click on a recording to view details or play
Go to Meetings and find the ended meeting
Open the meeting details sidebar
Click View Recording (if available)
Filtering Recordings
Use filters to quickly find what you're looking for:
Text Search
- Meeting title — Search by meeting name
- Host — Search by host name
Status Filter
- Available — Ready to play
- Processing — Still being converted
- Archived — In long-term storage
Date Filter
- Last 24 hours
- Last 3 days
- Last week
- Last month
- Custom date range
Other Filters
- Duration — Filter by recording length
- Size — Filter by file size
- Participants — Filter by number of participants
Recording Details
Click on a recording to open the details sidebar, which shows:
Recording Information
- Meeting title
- Host name
- Meeting ID
- Recording date and time
- Duration
- File size
Statistics
- Total duration
- Number of participants
- Storage used
Activity Log
Timeline of events related to the recording (creation, edits, shares).
Playing Recordings
Opening the Player
Click Play on a recording to open the video player. The player appears in a sidebar or overlay.
Player Controls
The recording player includes:

|---|---|
| Play/Pause | Start or pause playback |
| Skip Back 10s | Jump back 10 seconds |
| Skip Forward 10s | Jump forward 10 seconds |
| Progress Bar | Scrub to any point in the recording |
| Volume | Adjust audio level (0-100%) |
| Mute | Toggle audio on/off |
| Playback Speed | Change speed (0.5x to 2x) |
| Fullscreen | Expand to full screen |

Playback Speed
Watch recordings faster or slower:
| Speed | Use Case |
|---|---|
| 0.5x | Slow down for detailed review |
| 0.75x | Slightly slower for note-taking |
| 1.0x | Normal speed |
| 1.25x | Slightly faster review |
| 1.5x | Fast review |
| 2.0x | Quick scan |
While Playing
Navigation
- Use the progress bar to jump to specific points
- Skip buttons help move through content quickly
- Time stamp shows current position and total duration
Additional Features
- Comments — Add notes at specific timestamps (if available)
- Download — Save while viewing
- Share — Generate link from the player
Recording Quality
Recording quality depends on:
- Original meeting video quality
- Processing settings
- Your playback bandwidth
If playback is choppy, try lowering the quality setting (if available) or checking your internet connection.
Troubleshooting
Recording not appearing
- Check if the meeting was recorded
- Verify the recording has finished processing
- Look in the correct view (Available vs Archived)
Recording still processing
- Longer meetings take longer to process
- Processing usually completes within a few hours
- Very long meetings may take up to 24 hours
Playback issues
- Check your internet connection
- Try a different browser
- Clear browser cache
- Refresh the page
Can't find a specific recording
- Use search by meeting title
- Check if it was archived
- Verify you have access to that recording
- Check if it was deleted
