Recordings
Access, play, and manage your meeting recordings.
Recordings let you review past meetings, share with those who couldn't attend, and keep important discussions for reference. This section covers finding, playing, and managing your recordings.
What Are Recordings?
When a meeting is recorded, V.connct captures:
- Video of participants
- Audio from all speakers
- Shared content (screen shares, presentations)
- Optionally: chat logs and transcripts
After the meeting ends, recordings are processed and made available for playback.
Recording Status
Recordings move through different states:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Processing | Recording is being converted; not yet playable |
| Available | Ready to view, download, and share |
| Archived | Moved to long-term storage (still accessible) |
| Deleted | Permanently removed |
Processing time
Recordings need time to process after a meeting ends. Longer meetings take longer to process. Most recordings are available within a few hours.
