Meeting Record

Review the available post-meeting materials for one meeting in a single workspace.

The meeting record gathers the post-meeting materials available for one meeting so you can review them together instead of opening separate areas.

Record Components

A meeting record can include:

  • Meeting recording
  • Transcript
  • Public meeting chat
  • Published polls and their available results
  • Files shared or attached to the meeting record

Only components captured, published, or attached for that meeting appear. A missing component does not imply that processing failed; it may not have been created or made available.

Open a Meeting Record

Open a completed meeting and select its meeting record action when available. Some components, especially recordings and transcripts, can require processing time after the meeting ends.

Review Attendance and Reports

The meeting record can surface attendance alongside the other meeting materials. Report access still follows the same rules: saved reports are available to the meeting host, an organization Owner, or the legacy/general Admin role, while specialist admin roles have access only when they hosted the meeting. Advanced analytics requires Pro or Business.

AI-Generated Material

AI-generated summaries or other generated material depend on the production configuration, source data, and processing status. They may be unavailable and should be reviewed for accuracy. Do not rely on the meeting record as a promise that AI output will be produced for every meeting.

The recording, transcript, chat, polls, files, and attendance are source components. Generated content should not replace review of those source materials when accuracy matters.

Availability

A component may be unavailable because it was not captured, was not published, is still processing, has expired, or cannot be loaded. This is separate from an upgrade requirement for advanced reports.
