What You Can Manage
As a host, you can manage recordings from meetings you hosted:
- Download
- Share
- Archive
- Delete
Organization-Level Access
Admins may have broader access to manage recordings across the organization. See Recording & Storage (Admin) for details.
Best Practices
Download important recordings: Keep local backups of critical meetings.
Archive instead of deleting: If unsure, archive first. You can always delete later.
Use password protection: For sensitive recordings, require a password.
Set expiry for shared links: Don't leave shared links active indefinitely.
Clean up regularly: Review and remove recordings you no longer need to manage storage.
