View invoices, understand billing cycles, and apply coupons.
View and download your invoices from Admin Panel → Billing & Plans → Invoices & Billing History.
Invoice Types
| Type | Description | When Generated |

| Subscription | Recurring plan charges | Each billing cycle |
| Prorated | Mid-cycle upgrades | When you upgrade |
| Usage | Overage charges | End of billing cycle |
| One-time | Add-on purchases | When purchased |
Invoice States

| Paid | Successfully charged | None needed |
| Pending | Upcoming/preliminary | Await processing |
| Processing | Payment in progress | Wait for completion |
| Failed | Payment unsuccessful | Update payment method |

Downloading Invoices
You can download invoices as PDF for:
- Expense reports
- Tax records
- Accounting purposes
Click Download PDF on any invoice.
Billing Cycle
When You're Charged

Anniversary Billing
Your billing date is the day you started your subscription:
Subscription started: October 18, 2025
Monthly billing dates: Nov 18, Dec 18, Jan 18...
Annual billing dates: Oct 18, 2026, Oct 18, 2027...Mixed Billing Cycles
If you have annual base plan with monthly add-ons:
October 18 (Annual renewal):
Pro Plan (5 licenses, annual) $499.95 ← Yearly
Storage +200 GB (month 1) $40.00 ← Monthly
November 18:
Storage +200 GB (month 2) $40.00 ← Monthly onlyCoupons & Discounts
Applying a Coupon
Coupons must be applied before placing an order:
- In the Plan Builder, find Add coupon code in the order summary
- Enter your coupon code
- Click Apply
- Discount appears in the summary
Coupon Types
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Percentage | X% off (e.g., 20% off) |
| Fixed amount | $X off (e.g., $50 off) |
| First period | Discount on first billing cycle |
| Recurring | Discount on multiple cycles |
Coupon Restrictions
Coupons may have restrictions:
- Valid for specific plans only
- Minimum license count required
- Expiration date
- One-time use
If a coupon doesn't apply, you'll see an error message explaining why.
