Read billing history, invoice status, payment details, and available invoice exports.

Billing History

Open Admin Panel → Billing & Plans and find the billing history table. It lists invoice number, issue date, billing period, total, outstanding amount, and status. Select a row or its view action to open the invoice details.

Invoices can contain subscription, add-on, adjustment, discount, and usage charges. Add-ons are not universally one-time purchases: their recurring interval matters. Read the actual line items and totals.

Invoice States

State	Meaning
Draft	Not yet finalized
Open	Issued with an amount that may still be due
Paid	Invoice payment recorded
Void	Invoice voided
Uncollectible	Marked uncollectible; not the same as paid
Failed	Payment failure shown by the billing interface

Payment processing has its own state. Do not treat every invoice as a receipt for a successful payment: check Paid, amount paid, and amount due.

Details and Export

The detail page shows the billing period, charges, totals, and available payment information. A separate tax line appears when tax is nonzero.

Use the invoice detail page's export/print action for your records. Download PDF is shown when an invoice download URL is available; it is not guaranteed on every billing-history row. If a direct PDF is unavailable, the print/export flow can generate a document or use the browser's print fallback.

Billing Dates

Use the current subscription's next billing information and the invoice's actual period. Monthly and annual are different intervals, and monthly storage add-ons can coexist with an annual base plan. Mid-cycle upgrades and billing-interval changes can produce separate charges or credits.

Do not cancel and repurchase solely to move a billing date based on a documentation example. Review the consequences with support if you need a billing-date change.

Coupons

Where the order summary offers a coupon field, apply the code before confirming the purchase. Review the returned discount and any validation error. Eligibility, amount, duration, and restrictions are determined by the actual coupon and server preview, not by a universal list of coupon benefits.
