Payment Methods
Manage payment methods and understand what happens if a payment fails.
Manage your payment methods from Admin Panel → Billing & Plans → Payment Methods.
Adding a Payment Method
Navigate to Payment Settings
Go to Admin Panel → Billing & Plans → Payment Methods
Set as Default (Optional)
If this should be your primary payment method, check Set as default.
The default card is used for all automatic charges.
Managing Payment Methods
You can have multiple payment methods on file:

Cannot remove default card while subscribed. If you have an active paid subscription, you must either:
- Set another card as default first, then remove the old one
- Cancel your subscription, then remove the card
Updating Card Details
If your card expires or you receive a new card:
- Add the new card as a payment method
- Set it as default
- Remove the old card (optional)
Some card networks support automatic updates when you receive a replacement card.
Failed Payments
When a payment fails, you enter a grace period called dunning.
Grace Period
- You're notified — Email notification and Admin Panel banner
- Features restricted — Some features may be restricted
- Action required — Update your payment method or ensure sufficient funds
Resolve payment issues promptly. If payment isn't resolved within the grace period, your subscription will be suspended and your plan will revert to Free.
After Suspension
If your subscription is suspended due to non-payment:
- Go to Billing & Plans
- You'll see a Resubscribe option
- Select your plan and configuration
- New billing cycle starts from the resubscribe date
Taxes
Prices are tax-inclusive. All displayed prices include applicable taxes. You won't see separate tax line items at checkout.
Business/VAT Exemptions
If your organization is tax-exempt or needs to provide a VAT number:
- Contact support with your exemption documentation
- We'll update your account settings
- Future invoices will reflect the exemption
