Upgrades
Review plan upgrades, additional licenses, and billing-interval changes before confirming payment.
Upgrading
- Open Admin Panel → Billing & Plans and choose the plan's upgrade action.
- Review the selected plan, license quantity, billing interval, and compatible add-ons in the configurator.
- Review the preview's amount due now, recurring amount, credits, and effective date.
- Complete any required payment and check the resulting subscription status.
For a paid upgrade requiring payment, opening checkout or receiving a payment reference is not confirmation that the change is active. External payment flows apply the change after the successful callback; saved-card processing can remain pending.
Adding Licenses
Additional licenses increase shared concurrent meeting capacity, not the number of named members allowed in the organization. Same-interval mid-cycle increases can have prorated charges for the remaining period. The server preview is authoritative for rounding, coupons, add-ons, and the amount due; a fixed dollar-per-license example is not a current quote.
The quantity selector uses the catalog's plan maximum and the capacity required by retained add-ons. Do not assume a Business minimum of ten licenses or use a published example as an allowed quantity.
Changing Billing Interval
Monthly-to-annual changes are not universally deferred to the next cycle. For an immediate interval upgrade, the billing service credits the current base-plan period in full and charges the new base-plan period in full, rather than prorating only unused monthly days. The new interval remains anchored to the original period start, not automatically to today's date. Add-ons have their own calculations.
Lower-value plan changes are scheduled at period end, including interval changes classified as downgrades. Because classification depends on the selected prices and configuration, check the actual preview for your change. Annual savings come from current catalog prices; two free months are not guaranteed.
Trials and Store Purchases
Upgrading out of a trial is a paid conversion; review the full amount due rather than expecting credit for free trial days. Extra licenses and add-ons are not free trial benefits.
App Store and Google Play subscriptions are managed in the relevant store and cannot be upgraded through these web billing actions.
