Where to Configure

Use Config during creation, or the settings area of the edit dialog when editing is available. The details sheet has Overview, Panelists, and Attendees tabs; it does not have an editable Settings tab.

Capacity

Choose a capacity supported by your organization's webinar add-on before creating the event.

Registration checks the registered-attendee count against a positive capacity. The live room also receives a maximum participant count, which is a different limit from registration count. Do not assume that registering reserves a live seat independently of hosts and presenters.

Late Registration

When enabled, registration may continue while the webinar is Live, subject to capacity and other validation. When disabled, new registration is rejected after it becomes Live. Ended and cancelled webinars reject new registration regardless of this setting.

Recording Visibility

Show Recording After controls whether an available recording is returned on the public event page after the webinar ends. It does not start recording or guarantee that a replay will exist. Public replay visibility is not restricted to previously registered attendees.

Set recording visibility before the event. To provide a replay, record your webinar and wait for the recording to become available.

Links

Use the event link for audience registration and joining. Keep backstage links private: the current backstage token can grant host access, rather than a restricted presenter role. Joining backstage and making the webinar Live are separate operations. See Managing Presenters before distributing privileged links.
