Managing Webinars
Start, end, edit, and manage your webinars.
Once you've created webinars, you can manage them from the Webinars page. This includes starting, ending, editing, and viewing recordings.
Webinar List
The Webinars page displays all your webinars in a table with filtering options.
View Tabs
Switch between different views using the tabs at the top:

Table Columns
The webinar table shows:
- Title — Webinar name
- Status — Scheduled, live, ended, or cancelled
- Date/Time — When the webinar is scheduled
- Host — Who created the webinar
- Attendees — Number registered or attended
- Actions — Quick action buttons
Filtering
Use the filter options to find specific webinars:
- Search by title
- Filter by status
- Filter by date range
- Filter by host
Starting a Webinar
Only the host can start a webinar. Starting makes the webinar live for attendees.
Go to Webinars in the sidebar
Find your scheduled webinar in the list
Click the Start button
You'll be taken to the backstage area
Backstage first. When you start a webinar, you enter the backstage area. Attendees cannot see or hear you until you go live from the backstage.
Joining Backstage
The backstage is a private area where hosts and panelists can prepare before going live.
Open the webinar details sheet
Copy the Backstage Link from the Info tab
Open the link in your browser
Backstage Features
In the backstage, you can:
- Test your audio and video
- Communicate with other panelists
- Review your presentation
- Go live when ready
Keep the backstage link private. Only share it with presenters and co-hosts.
Ending a Webinar
Only the host can end a webinar. Ending the webinar disconnects all attendees.
While in the webinar, click the End button
Confirm that you want to end the webinar
The webinar status changes to "Ended"
After ending, attendees are disconnected immediately. Make sure to announce the end of the webinar before clicking End.
Cancelling a Webinar
Cancel a webinar that hasn't started yet. Cancellation notifies registered attendees.
Before start only. You can only cancel webinars that haven't started. Once a webinar is live, you must end it instead.
Open the webinar details sheet
Click the Cancel button
Optionally add a cancellation reason
Confirm the cancellation
Cancelled webinars:
- Are marked as "Cancelled" (not deleted)
- Remain visible in the Past view
- Notify all registered attendees
Editing a Webinar
Edit webinars to update details or settings. Editing is only available for scheduled webinars that haven't started.
Open the webinar details sheet
Click the Edit button
Make changes in the Info or Settings tabs
Click Save Changes
Editable Fields
- Title
- Description
- Date and time
- Duration
- Panelists
- Capacity
- Late registration
- Recording visibility
No editing during webinar. Once a webinar has started, you cannot edit any details. Make sure all information is correct before starting.
Deleting a Webinar
Permanently remove a webinar from the system. Deletion is only available for webinars that have ended or been cancelled.
Ended or cancelled only. You cannot delete a scheduled or live webinar. Cancel or end it first.
Open the webinar details sheet
Click the Delete button
Confirm the deletion
Deletion is permanent. This removes the webinar and all associated data, including recordings and attendee information.
Viewing Recordings
If your webinar was recorded, you can access the recording after it ends.
Go to Webinars and switch to the Past tab
Find the ended webinar
Click on the webinar to open the details sheet
Click View Recording to watch
Recordings may take a few minutes to process after the webinar ends. Check back if the recording isn't immediately available.
