Understanding the Limit
You cannot have more Large Meetings add-ons than base licenses. Since each active meeting uses one license, there's no meeting to apply extra capacity to if you have more add-ons than licenses.
Add-on limit: Large Meetings add-ons cannot exceed your license count.
- ✓ 10 licenses + 10 Large Meetings — Valid
- ✓ 10 licenses + 5 Large Meetings — Valid (only 5 hosts need large capacity)
- ✗ 10 licenses + 15 Large Meetings — Invalid
Flexible Allocation
Large Meetings add-ons can be purchased for specific licenses only:
Example: Your company has 50 Pro licenses but only 5 people run large webinars.
Base: 50 Pro licenses ($9.99 × 50 = $499.50/month)
Add-on: 5 Large Meetings +500 ($30 × 5 = $150/month)
Result: 5 hosts can run 600-person meetings
45 hosts limited to 100 participants

You can combine different Large Meetings tiers within your organization:
Example: You need varied capacity for different event types.
50 Pro licenses
2× Large Meetings +500 (for major webinars)
3× Large Meetings +200 (for medium events)
Simultaneous capacity:
- 2 meetings with 600 participants each
- 3 meetings with 300 participants each
- 45 meetings with 100 participants eachCapacity mixing: When selecting Large Meetings, you can add multiple tiers. Previously selected tiers are disabled in new selections to prevent conflicts.
Billing Cycle Options
Large Meetings add-ons follow the same billing rules as base plans:
