Large Meetings
Configure meeting-capacity tiers and license quantities without confusing them with webinar capacity.
Base Capacity
Without capacity add-ons, Free and Pro have a base meeting capacity of 100 participants; Business has 300. Meeting settings can set a lower limit.
Selecting Capacity
When Large Meetings is offered in the paid configurator, choose from the 300, 500, and 800 tiers. Review the displayed capacity and price before purchase.
Allocate license quantities across the available tiers. The sum of Large Meetings quantities cannot exceed the base plan's concurrent license count in the configurator. For example, a five-license organization can select two quantities in one tier and three in another, but not six in total.
These are organization capacity purchases, not permanent assignments to named employees. Check the meeting's participant setting and available capacity when scheduling or starting it; purchasing an add-on does not assign a particular host a personal participant allowance.
Large Meetings is not a webinar license. Webinar hosting uses its separate webinar capacity add-on. Do not buy Large Meetings expecting it to unlock the webinar workflow.
Billing
Prices are calculated from the catalog tier, quantity, and interval. Monthly base plans use monthly add-ons. Annual plans can use the intervals offered for the add-on; an add-on that requires the base interval must follow it. Review the preview for charges due now and the effective date of decreases.
