Add-ons Overview
Review capacity, storage, and calling options offered for your paid subscription.

Availability and pricing depend on the catalog and selected configuration. A label in a plan comparison is not proof that an add-on can be bought. The current add-on selector does not provide a Whitelabel purchase control. AI Transcription is displayed as Coming Soon, not a purchasable add-on.
Adding Capacity
- Open the applicable upgrade or add-on action in Admin Panel → Billing & Plans.
- Choose a supported add-on in the configurator.
- Review its tier, quantity, interval, and price. Meeting and webinar capacity quantities are limited by the organization's base license pool, not assigned to named users.
- Review the charge and recurring totals, complete any required payment, and check the active subscription.
Monthly base plans use monthly add-ons. Annual plans may offer monthly or annual add-ons, subject to each add-on's supported prices and requirement to match the base interval. The current cloud-storage selector uses monthly billing.
Decreasing or Removing Add-ons
Use the available decrease/remove action and review the pending-change date. Quantity reductions and removals are scheduled and do not automatically refund unused time. Use the offered undo action before the change takes effect if you want to retain the add-on.
A base-plan change can affect compatibility. Review which add-ons remain rather than assuming every add-on survives a downgrade. Returning to Free ends the paid subscription's add-ons. Before reducing storage, review storage usage and overage settings.
Trial and Store Restrictions
The web trial has one Pro Monthly license and no add-ons. If you need add-ons before expiry, use a paid conversion and review the charge; do not expect to retain a free add-on period.
Store-managed subscriptions cannot be modified through web billing. Use the relevant store's management options.
