Monitoring

The Admin Panel provides current organization-level views for meetings, license capacity, recordings, storage, attendance, and meeting reports. Access depends on your organization role and your relationship to each meeting.

What You Can Monitor

Active Meetings

See meetings that are currently running, including the host and participant count. Authorized admins can open details or end a meeting.

License Capacity

The license Overview compares reported ongoing meetings with the organization's concurrent license total. Other shared-pool reservations, including live webinars and connected services, can also consume capacity; the start request makes the authoritative check:

• One active meeting uses one license.
• A license returns to the shared pool when the meeting ends.
• Scheduled meetings do not reserve a license.
• When all licenses are in use, another meeting cannot start until capacity is available.

Recordings and Storage

Review organization recordings and available storage information. Recording and storage capabilities depend on the active plan, included storage, and any storage add-on.

Meeting Reports and Attendance History

Meeting hosts and organization Owners or general Admins can open saved meeting reports. Basic attendance is available on all plans; advanced session insights and detailed exports require Pro or Business.
