Meeting Reports

Saved meeting reports are available to the meeting host, an organization Owner, or the legacy/general Admin role. Billing Admin, User Admin, License Admin, and Technical Admin do not receive report access from those specialist roles; they can access a report only when they hosted that meeting.

Open a Report

You must still have access to the meeting's organization, including when you were its host. Saved attendance also needs to be enabled in the deployed workspace; a missing attendance panel is not proof that an upgrade is required.

From the Admin Panel, open the organization's meetings list, choose a meeting, and use the available report or analytics action. Select the required occurrence when a meeting has more than one saved occurrence.

Basic Reporting

Basic attendance is available on Free, Pro, and Business. It includes participant identity, join and leave times, connected duration, data completeness, search, filters, pagination, and basic CSV export.

Advanced Reporting

An eligible current Pro or Business subscription normally adds the following, subject to the organization's verified reporting entitlement:

Session overview
Presence and join distribution
Top activity
Breakout participation and transitions
Report diagnostics
Detailed CSV exports
PDF reports

Access and Availability

A permission denial, an unavailable report, and an upgrade requirement are separate conditions. Permission requires the meeting host, Owner, or legacy/general Admin role. Availability depends on whether data was collected, retained, and loaded. Plan entitlement determines whether the advanced report can be opened.

If advanced reporting requires an upgrade, basic attendance and basic CSV remain available. If a report has expired or was not collected, upgrading does not recreate the missing report.

Exports

If an attendance export says the report changed, refresh it and export the new snapshot. A service-unavailable error is not an upgrade requirement; retry rather than purchasing a plan to fix it.
