Attendance History
Review saved attendance occurrences for meetings across your organization.
Attendance history is available to the meeting host, an organization Owner, or the legacy/general Admin role. Billing Admin, User Admin, License Admin, and Technical Admin can review a saved attendance report only when they hosted that meeting.
Select a Meeting Occurrence
Current organization access is required even for the original host. The saved-attendance panel must also be enabled in your deployed workspace; its absence does not by itself mean your plan needs upgrading.
Attendance is stored per meeting occurrence. When multiple occurrences are available, select one to view its roster and timing data. Occurrences are kept separate so one session does not overwrite or merge with another.
Review the Roster
Each saved report can show:
- Participant identity
- First join and last leave
- Connected duration
- Connected or left status
- Complete or partial report quality
- The date until which the report remains available, when provided
Use name search, status filters, and pagination to review large rosters.
Export History
The basic attendance CSV is available on Free, Pro, and Business. Pro and Business also include detailed CSV and PDF reporting through the advanced meeting report.
Exports use the selected occurrence and report snapshot. If the report changes before export, refresh it and retry. Service availability and the organization's verified advanced-report entitlement can also affect access.
Expired and Missing Reports
Attendance reports can expire. Export any report you need before its displayed availability date. If attendance was not collected or the report has expired, it is unavailable and cannot be restored by upgrading the plan.
An upgrade prompt describes advanced-report entitlement, not proof that a retained report exists. The current analytics page can show that prompt alongside missing or unavailable basic attendance. Confirm data availability separately before upgrading.
