Attendance
Review who attended a meeting and how complete the saved attendance data is.
Attendance reports show participant connection information for a meeting occurrence. The saved report is available to the meeting host, an organization Owner, or the legacy/general Admin role. Specialist Billing Admin, User Admin, License Admin, and Technical Admin roles do not grant report access unless that person hosted the meeting.
What the Report Shows
Basic attendance includes:
- Participant identity
- First join time
- Last leave time
- Connected duration
- Current or final connection status
- Whether the available report data is complete or partial
If connection data is incomplete, estimated additional time is shown separately rather than being presented as confirmed duration.
Meeting Occurrences
Attendance is saved for the selected meeting occurrence. When more than one occurrence is available, use the occurrence selector to review each report separately instead of combining sessions.
Find Participants
Use search to find an attendee by name. Filters can narrow the roster to all attendees, currently connected attendees, or attendees who have left. Use pagination to move through longer rosters.
Availability and Expiry
Open the meeting's details to view available attendance data. You need current access to the organization, including when you hosted the meeting.
Saved attendance can show an Available until date. After the report expires, it is unavailable. A report can also be unavailable because attendance was not collected or because it could not be loaded.
An unavailable report is not the same as a plan restriction. Availability messages describe the report data itself. An upgrade prompt appears only when an existing advanced report requires a higher plan.
