Organization Settings

Configure your workspace identity and organization-wide settings.

What Is an Organization?

When you create an account, an organization is automatically created for you. Everything you do on the platform happens within the context of an organization:

  • Billing and plans are organization-level
  • Licenses and storage belong to the organization
  • Members are invited to the organization
  • Rooms are created within the organization
  • Recordings are stored at the organization level

Multiple organizations

You can belong to multiple organizations with different roles in each. Use the organization switcher in the navigation to move between them. Each organization has completely separate settings, members, and billing.

  • Branding — Customize your workspace name, logo, and description so team members and guests recognize your organization.

Accessing Organization Settings

  1. Go to Admin Panel
  2. Click Settings in the sidebar
  3. Select General

Here you can modify your organization's identity and configure organization-wide preferences.

Additional organization settings are planned for future releases:

  • Meeting visibility controls — Configure how much meeting detail is visible to different roles
  • Default meeting settings — Set organization-wide defaults for new meetings
  • Custom domains — Use your own domain for meeting links
