Updating Your Branding
Saving organization identity currently requires the Owner. A general Admin or Technical Admin may be able to open General Settings but cannot save these identity changes.
Navigate to General Settings
Go to Admin Panel → Settings → General
Edit Workspace Name
Click on the workspace name field and enter your organization's name.
Tips:
- Use your company or team name
- Keep it recognizable for your members
- Avoid generic names like "My Organization"
Upload a Logo
Click the logo area to upload an image.
Requirements:
- Formats: PNG, JPEG, or SVG
- Maximum size: 2 MB
- Recommended: Square aspect ratio for best display
Where organization branding is enabled, your logo helps members identify the workspace.
Add a Description (Optional)
Enter a brief description of your organization. This is for internal reference and helps distinguish between multiple workspaces.
Save Changes
Click Save to apply your changes to supported branded surfaces.
Best Practices
Workspace Name
- Use your actual company or team name
- If you have multiple organizations (e.g., different departments), include a distinguishing label: "Acme Corp - Engineering"
- Keep it concise — long names may be truncated in some views
Logo
- Use a recognizable brand mark or logo
- Ensure it's visible on both light and dark backgrounds
- Square logos work best; wide logos may be cropped
- High-resolution images look better on retina displays
Frequently Asked Questions
Whitelabel Availability
Workspace name/logo settings are not a self-service Whitelabel activation flow. Custom meeting branding depends on the organization's enabled configuration; uploading a workspace logo does not by itself enable it. Confirm the available meeting-branding surfaces with support before promising them to guests.
