Team Management
Invite members, assign roles, and manage your organization's team.
Understanding Team Structure
Organization Roles
Every member of your organization has a role that determines what they can access:
| Role | Admin Panel | Create Rooms | Create Meetings | Manage Members |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Owner | Full access | Yes | Yes | Yes (including admins) |
| Admin | Full access | Yes | Yes | Yes (except other admins) |
| Member | No access | No | Yes | No |
Organization roles vs meeting roles
These roles control access to the Admin Panel and organization management. They're different from meeting roles (Host, Co-Host, Presenter, Attendee) which control what someone can do inside a meeting.
For meeting roles, see the User Guide.

Quick Reference
Where to Manage Your Team
Go to Admin Panel → Settings → Members
Here you can:
- See all members and their roles
- View pending invitations
- Invite new members
- Remove members from the organization
- Resend invitations that haven't been accepted
Member Counts
The Members page shows a summary:
- Total members — Everyone in your organization
- By role — Breakdown of Owners, Admins, and Members
- Pending — Invitations that haven't been accepted yet
How Members Affect Your Plan
Members themselves don't cost anything — your plan is based on licenses (concurrent meetings), not user count. You can invite as many members as you need without additional charges.
However, members do share organization resources:
- Storage — Recordings from all members count toward your organization's storage
- Licenses — When members run meetings, they use licenses from the shared pool
No per-seat pricing. Add your whole team without worrying about per-user costs. Your plan determines how many meetings can run simultaneously, not how many people can use the platform.
Coming Soon
- Teams/Groups — Organize members into teams for easier management
- Granular permissions — More fine-grained control over what each role can do
