Session Insights
Use advanced meeting analytics to understand presence, activity, and breakout participation.
Session Insights is the advanced report for completed meetings. On Pro and Business, it is available to the meeting host, an organization Owner, or the legacy/general Admin role. Specialist Billing Admin, User Admin, License Admin, and Technical Admin roles do not grant report access unless that person hosted the meeting.
Overview
The overview summarizes the session, including participant totals, session duration, confirmed peak presence, microphone-on time, hand raises, and breakout participation when those signals were recorded.
Presence and Join Distribution
Presence analysis uses completed join and leave intervals. It can show when participants were present together and how joins were distributed across the session.
Presence reflects recorded connection intervals. Incomplete intervals and return markers are identified carefully and are not treated as confirmed attendance beyond the available evidence.
Top Activity
Top activity compares recorded participant signals such as connected time, microphone-on time, hand raises, and other captured meeting activity. These measurements describe recorded signals; for example, microphone-on time does not prove that a participant was speaking continuously.
Breakout Rooms
Breakout reporting can show participation and transitions between the main room and breakout rooms, including recorded joins and returns. If no breakout activity was captured, the report states that no breakout data is available.
Diagnostics
Diagnostics help explain report quality and unusual data, such as incomplete presence intervals, count differences, missing signals, or unavailable room details. Use these notes when interpreting charts and exports.

If advanced reporting is not included in the current plan, the interface shows an upgrade option. If the report was not collected, expired, or failed to load, it shows an unavailable state instead.
