How to start a Meeting from the Admin Panel
Admin Panel Feature
Launch meetings immediately from the dashboard - ideal for spontaneous discussions.
Click Dashboard in the left toolbar
Click the Start Meeting button
Review or enter a Meeting Title of 3-100 characters and optionally select a room
Click Create Meeting and review the result and any capacity or recording warning
Copy the shareable meeting link on the success screen, then use the start action to open the meeting client in a new tab. Complete its audio/video and join flow.
Creating the meeting does not enter the media session. Keep the token-bearing host session URL private. Shared license capacity and plan limits still apply: Free up to 80 minutes, Pro and Business up to 30 hours, subject to configured duration.
