View Recordings
Find organization recordings and use the available recording actions.
The Qriib Web App lists recordings for the selected organization. Access is not restricted to meetings you hosted: the service permits organization members to list its recordings.
Go to the Qriib homepage
Click My Recordings
Choose a category: Available, Archived, or All
Select the recording you want to view
Click the three-dots menu under Actions to manage the recording
Click Recordings in the left toolbar
Choose a category: Available, Archived, or All
Select the recording you want to view
Click the three-dots menu under Actions to manage the recording
Use View Details for playback and download when an available file URL exists. Share Recording copies that URL without password, expiry, or recipient controls. Delete requires the organization Owner or general Admin; hosting alone is insufficient.
