Admin Dashboard Overview
Understand the organization summary and administrative workspaces.
The Admin Dashboard summarizes organization activity and links to the administrative areas available to your role.
Dashboard Summary
The dashboard can show:
- Total users in the organization
- Active meetings running now
- License usage for the shared concurrent-meeting pool
- Total meetings and recent activity
- Cloud storage, recordings, webinars, and current-plan summaries when data is available
License usage is concurrent capacity, not a count of licenses assigned to individual people. One active meeting consumes one license until the meeting ends.
Treat these cards as summaries, not a complete audit. Some failed storage, recording, or webinar requests fall back to zero/empty data, and webinar counts use at most the first 100 loaded events. Open the relevant section and verify its load status before interpreting a zero as no activity. The start request, not a displayed license count, determines whether shared capacity is available.
