Control Panel Overview

Find meetings, reports, recordings, and organization tools in the Qriib Control Panel.

The Qriib Control Panel brings meeting setup, attendance, reports, recordings, and organization tools into one workspace. What you can open or change depends on your organization role and plan.

App Workspace

Home

Start or join a meeting and open common meeting actions.

Meetings

View current and past meetings, schedule a one-time meeting, and open its available actions and reports.

Recordings

Browse organization recordings, not a private host-only library. Recording depends on plan and storage; deletion requires the Owner or general Admin. Archive/Restore and bulk recording actions are unavailable.

Webinars

Create webinars on Pro or Business with an active webinar capacity add-on. Review the webinar guide before relying on presenter roles, invitations, or attendee data.

Reports and Templates

Basic attendance is available on Free, including basic CSV export.
Advanced meeting analytics, detailed CSV exports, and PDF reports are included with Pro and Business.
Meeting templates are available on all plans, with up to 40 saved templates per organization.

The meeting host or organization Owner/general Admin can open available reports. For webinars, create the event first, then use its invitation action to invite your audience.

Calendar Caveat

Use the Meetings list to find and manage meetings created in Qriib.

Admin Workspace

Users with an administrative role can switch to the Admin Panel. The sections shown there depend on the assigned role and can include members, licenses, rooms, meetings, recordings, usage, organization settings, and billing.

Recurring meeting scheduling is not currently available. Schedule each occurrence as a separate meeting; a persistent room can provide the same room link when needed.
