View and Manage Licenses (Admin)
How to view and manage your licenses from the Admin Panel
The License Management Overview shows reported concurrent license usage and ongoing meetings. Licenses are pooled capacity, not seats assigned to members; scheduling does not reserve a license.

Click Licenses in the left toolbar to open the license management section
View the dashboard with key metrics at a glance:
Current Status
See concurrent licenses in use vs. total available, plus active participants across all meetings.
Ongoing Meetings
The overview lists up to three ongoing meetings, with details and permission-dependent end actions.
Use Overview for a summary, or open Meetings to review more meetings.
Configure Plan & Limits opens Billing & Plans; subscription changes still require the applicable billing permissions and checkout confirmation.
The start request performs the authoritative capacity check. Webinars and in-progress meeting provisioning can also hold shared slots, so displayed availability is not a reservation. Ending a meeting disconnects its participants.
