Start an Instant Meeting
How to quickly start a meeting without scheduling
Instant meetings let you start a video call immediately without any scheduling. Ideal for spontaneous team discussions, quick check-ins, or last-minute collaborations.
Click Start Instant Meeting button on the Home page
Review the prefilled title or enter one (3-100 characters), and optionally select a room
Submit the creation form and review any capacity or recording warning
On the success screen, copy the shareable link for participants, then use the start action to open the meeting client in a new tab and complete its audio/video join flow
Navigate to the Meetings page
Click the Quick Meeting button at the top right

On the success screen, copy the shareable link and use the start action to open the client in a new tab. Configure audio/video there and complete entry.
Creating the meeting does not put you inside the media session. Allow the new tab and keep token-bearing host URLs private. One active meeting uses one shared license. Free permits up to 80 minutes; Pro and Business up to 30 hours, subject to configured duration. Use Schedule a Meeting to prepare timing and invitees.
