Join a Meeting
How to join an existing meeting in Qriib
There are two ways to join a meeting: from the homepage or from your meetings list.
Go to the Qriib homepage and click Join Meeting
Enter the meeting ID or link provided by the host
Enter your display name (how others will see you)
Configure your audio and video settings in the preview
Click Join to enter the meeting
Navigate to Meetings in the sidebar
Filter to Current meetings to see active meetings
Find the meeting you want to join and click the three-dots menu (⋮) under Actions
Select Join Meeting from the dropdown

Click Join to enter the meeting
A scheduled meeting must be started before ordinary Join works; the service only joins ongoing meetings. A waiting room can apply after that. If the quick-join dialog cannot collect a required password, open the host's shared meeting link and follow its prompts.
Sign in when required. Disabling guest access requires authentication, not organization membership. Keep token-bearing host session URLs private and share only the invitation link.
