Whiteboard
Collaborate visually with drawing and annotation tools.
The whiteboard feature provides a collaborative canvas where participants can draw, write, and annotate together in real time. It's useful for brainstorming, explaining concepts, and visual collaboration.
Starting the Whiteboard
Click the Whiteboard button in the meeting toolbar (or access from the Share menu)
The whiteboard opens as a shared canvas
All participants can view the whiteboard
Participants with permission can draw and annotate

The whiteboard typically includes these tools:

Who Can Use the Whiteboard
Whiteboard permissions depend on your meeting role:

Only Host, Co-Host, and Presenter roles can draw on the whiteboard. Attendees can view but not edit.

Real-Time Updates
When someone draws on the whiteboard:
- All participants see updates instantly
- Multiple people can draw simultaneously
- Each person's cursor or pointer may be visible
Best Practices
Take turns: In busy sessions, coordinate who draws to avoid visual chaos.
Use colors: Different colors can represent different people or ideas.
Keep it organized: Use different areas of the canvas for different topics.
Save important content: Export the whiteboard if you need to keep it.

Troubleshooting
Whiteboard not available
- Feature may be disabled in meeting settings
- Check if your plan includes whiteboard
- Host may need to enable it
Can't draw on whiteboard
- You may not have drawing permission
- Ask the host to enable drawing for your role
- Check if someone else has exclusive control
Whiteboard is laggy
- Check your internet connection
- Too many drawings may slow performance
- Try clearing some content or creating a new page
