Hand Raise
Signal that you want to speak during a meeting.
The hand raise feature lets you signal that you want to speak without interrupting the current speaker. A hand icon appears next to your name, visible to everyone in the meeting.
Raising Your Hand
Click the Raise Hand button in the meeting toolbar
A hand icon appears next to your name in the participants list
Wait to be acknowledged by the Host or presenter
Click the button again to lower your hand when done
Who Can Do What

For Hosts and Co-Hosts
When someone raises their hand:
- A hand icon appears next to their name in the Participants panel
- You may receive a notification (depending on settings)
To lower a participant's hand:
- Open the Participants panel
- Find the participant with a raised hand
- Click the three-dot menu (⋮)
- Select Lower Hand
Tips
Lower your hand if resolved: If your question gets answered or is no longer relevant, lower your hand.
Wait to be acknowledged: Don't unmute and speak over others — wait to be called on.
