Display Link
Share a web page or URL for all participants to view together.
Display Link lets you share a web page or URL with all meeting participants. The content displays in the meeting interface, allowing everyone to view the same page together.
Who Can Control Display Link

Starting a Display Link
Click the Display Link button in the meeting toolbar (or access from the Share menu)
Enter the URL you want to share
Click Start Sharing
The web page appears for all participants
Supported Content
Display Link works with web URLs:
- Public websites
- Documentation pages
- Online tools and dashboards
- Any content accessible via URL
Access requirements
Participants view the link in the meeting interface. Content requiring login or private access may not display properly for everyone.
For Participants
When a Display Link is active:
- The web content appears in the main meeting area
- You can view the page content
- You cannot change the URL or interact with the page (view only)
- The Host, Co-Host, or Presenter controls the display

Use Display Link when:
- Sharing a specific web page
- You want consistent quality for all viewers
- You don't need to interact with the page
Use Screen Share when:
- You need to interact with the content
- Content isn't a simple URL
- You're demonstrating software
Stopping Display Link
To stop sharing:
- Click Stop Sharing in the Display Link controls
- The web content closes for all participants
- The meeting returns to normal view
