Participants

Open Participants from the meeting controls. The panel includes participant search and the participant list, with Polls and other enabled tabs. Hosts and Moderators can also see the waiting lobby when it is active.

Names and Roles

Rows show the participant's display name, initials/avatar, role indicators, and raised-hand status where applicable. Live roles are Host, Moderator, Presenter, and Attendee, not the dashboard's Co-Host label. Visibility restrictions can limit which participants you see.

Type a name in the search field and clear it to return to the unfiltered list. The panel is a live participant view, not a saved attendance report.

Participant Actions

Use the participant's menu for actions permitted by your role and the target's role:

• Rename yourself when display-name changes are not locked.
• Open private chat when private messaging is permitted.
• Assign or reclaim Presenter access.
• Promote or demote a Moderator where the role rules allow it.
• Adjust individual permissions, lower a raised hand, or remove a participant where authorized.

Hosts and Moderators have management controls, but not every action is allowed against every role. Some participant-management controls are hidden inside breakout rooms. A successful role change can change the participant's available controls immediately.

Waiting and Phone Participants

Use the waiting lobby to approve or reject entry requests. Review names before applying bulk actions.

When enabled and authorized, Add by Phone opens the calling form. The current connected-call controls provide Hang Up, not hold, keypad tones, or mute/unmute. See SIP Calling.
