Navigating the Desktop Meeting Interface

Learn how to use the meeting interface controls and toolbars during a desktop meeting.

Meeting Info Toolbar

The top toolbar displays essential meeting information and quick actions:

  • Meeting Title — The name of the current meeting
  • Date & Time — When the meeting is scheduled
  • Meeting ID — Unique identifier for the meeting
  • Host Name — Who is hosting the meeting
  • Passcode — Meeting password (if set)
  • Meeting Link — Shareable link with a copy button for quick sharing
  • Leave/End Button — Red button in the top-right corner to exit the meeting (hosts can end the meeting for all participants)

Control Toolbar

The bottom toolbar contains all the main meeting controls:

  • Microphone Button — Toggle your audio on/off
  • Camera Button — Toggle your video on/off
  • Raise Hand — Signal to the host that you want to speak
  • Share Screen — Present your screen or specific application windows
  • Record Button — Start or stop meeting recording
  • Three-Dot Menu — Access additional actions and settings
  • Participants Icon — View attendee list, manage participants, and access the waiting lobby
  • Chat Button — Open the chat panel for public or private messages
  • Layout Button — Located in the bottom-left, switch between different video layouts
  • Settings Icon — Adjust audio, video, and other preferences during the meeting

Host and Co-Host Controls

Hosts and Co-Hosts have access to additional options such as muting participants, removing attendees, managing the waiting room, and ending the meeting for everyone.

Language Settings

The meeting interface supports multiple languages with right-to-left (RTL) support for applicable languages.

To change the interface language:

  1. Click the Settings icon in the control toolbar
  2. Look for language or display options
  3. Select your preferred language
  4. The interface updates immediately

The meeting interface will adapt its layout direction automatically for RTL languages like Arabic and Hebrew.
