Meeting Interface
Find meeting information, controls, panels, and additional actions during a meeting.
The meeting interface adapts to your screen size, role, permissions, and enabled features. Labels and placement can vary slightly between desktop browsers and mobile devices.
Meeting Information
The meeting header can show the meeting title and access details. Use the available copy action when you need to share the meeting link. Avoid exposing a meeting passcode or private link to people who should not join.
The Leave control disconnects you from the meeting. Hosts and Moderators may also see an option to end the meeting for everyone.
Main Toolbar
Depending on your access, the toolbar can include:
- Microphone and audio-device options
- Camera and video-device options
- Participants and the waiting-room list
- Chat
- Raise Hand
- Reactions and non-verbal feedback
- Share Screen
- Record
- Settings

Panels and Collaboration Tools
Opening a feature may display a side panel, modal, or workspace over the meeting. Available tools can include the participant list, chat, shared notepad, captions, breakout rooms, and phone calling.
Some tools close or replace another open panel so the video stage remains usable.
During Screen Sharing
When you share your screen, sharing controls let you stop or change the shared source. If your browser and device support it, the local sharer may also see Annotate. Annotation does not give another participant control of your device.
Mobile and Browser Differences
On smaller screens, controls may be grouped under More, side panels may cover more of the meeting, and desktop-only tools such as screen-share annotation may be unavailable. Browser permission prompts can also block microphone, camera, or screen sharing until you allow access.
If a control is missing, confirm that:
- Your role has permission to use it.
- The Host has not locked the action.
- The feature is enabled for the meeting.
- Your browser and device support the feature.
